What is this?

Lean Canvas vs. Business Model Canvas: both are one-page business templates. The Lean Canvas is more startup-oriented — it swaps in Problem, Solution, Key Metrics, and Unfair Advantage, where the Business Model Canvas uses Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, and Customer Relationships.
